While I was away in Orkney, the David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year Exhibition took place in the Mall Galleries London. I had four entries hung (Hoodies, Barnacle Geese Islay, Curlews and A Stand of Plovers). I’m pleased to say that the Stand of Plovers was one of a number of Highly Commended works and the Curlews won The Artist Magazine prize, which will result in a feature article at some stage. For details of the exhibition and other prizewinners see the David Shepherd Wildlife Art website
