Description
This is a reduction linocut of the approach to Rackwick Bay on Hoy, Orkney. The edition size is very small (7). The physical size is 46cm x 20cm. It is printed on Somerset Satin in water-based inks. Rackwick Bay is a famous and very evocative bay on the west coast of Hoy. Sea spray rises in front of the cliffs as the Atlantic waves crash against the shore.
