Description
This reduction linocut of a Short-eared Owl is based on a bird seen on South Ronaldsay. It is from an edition of 24 and is 33cm x 39cm. It is printed in high quality water based inks and has been overprinted seven times in all, with different colours layered over one another. Short-eared Owls are day flying during the breeding season and are very common on Orkney.
