Description
This hand coloured linocut is based on my daily walk along the back of the shore at Port William in Dumfries and Galloway, where I live. The sea is behind you! This rough area of scrub and grass is home to quite a wide variety of small birds throughout the year. In the spring the gorse flowers on the cliffs behind the raised beach and the trees begin to colour up.
The print is 60cm x 28cm and the edition size is 20. It is hand coloured with watercolour.
